Crystal Rose Skin Clinic is a beautiful, boutique skin clinic based in Needham Market, Suffolk - perfectly accessible - nestled on the gorgeous Needham Market high street.

Over the years I have invested heavily in my clinic - bringing in the latest, innovative skin treatments to give my customers the best possible experience, and access to some of the most incredible non-invasive skin treatments on the market.

With a background in nursing, I am an advocate for safe, effective skin aesthetics - championing skin health over quick fixes and the incredible aesthetic benefits that healthy, cared for, rejuvenated skin delivers.

I am looking for an experienced Practitioner that is aligned with my values and ethics to join me here at Crystal Rose Skin Clinic on a part time basis - to extend the opening days of the clinic beyond my capacity.

This is an incredible opportunity for anyone who is looking to branch into machine-based skin therapies without the need for heavy financial investment, knowing that the treatments are tried and tested and proven in the local area within an established skin clinic with a fantastic local reputation.

If you have a background in the beauty industry and are looking to expand your knowledge and offering, or you have previously been in the skin industry and are looking for a risk-free means of getting back into it, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What would you receive?

The successful candidate would have access to, and use of, my beautiful clinic space (on agreed days per week) complete with my incredible portfolio of machine-based treatments, including:

The Hydrafacial Syndeo - delivering the Deluxe and Platinum Hydrafacial treatments, as well as my new Keravive scalp treatment
The Lynton Focus Dual - delivering both medical-grade Radio Frequency Microneedling and HIFU
The Lynton 3JUVE Laser - delivering the Illumifacial, IPL and 3JUVE Resurface
SkinPen Microneedling
Cryopen Skin Blemish Treatment
ThermaVein Thread Vein Treatment
MEICET PRO-A Skin Analyser
LED Light Therapy

I would provide training on the Hydrafacial treatments, SkinPen treatment, ThermaVein and Cryopen treatments, and the MEICET PRO-A Skin Analyser, however, you would need to seek and complete official Lynton Laser training for the energy-based treatments for safety and compliance reasons and to maintain the highest standards of practice within my clinic.

In addition to the above, you are also welcome to provide your own injectable treatments such as Profhilo and Polynucleotides - you will need to have completed your own, certified training for these treatments and have your own means of securing stock.

How would it work?

We would discuss and agree 2-3 days per week for you to have exclusive use of the clinic.

In return for exclusive access to both the clinic space, and range of machines, I would receive 20% of your treatment income across all treatments delivered on the days you are in the clinic.

What are the requirements for the successful candidate?

The candidate must have a medical background of some description to ensure the safe delivery of treatments
The candidate must be self employed - a contract will be drawn up and signed by both parties outlining the agreement and terms
The candidate must have adequate insurance in place before commencement of the agreement
The candidate will have their own business, brand and social media in order to attract and secure their own customer database
The candidate must align their treatment pricing with that of Crystal Rose to ensure consistency and to reduce confusion
The candidate must have their own booking system and means of taking payment for treatments

I will promote your services on your days via my website and social media, by means of sharing your content to stories and creating a landing page for you to direct customers to should you not have your own website available.
