What to expect
To begin with I will cleanse your skin thoroughly to remove any make-up and impurities, to ensure optimum peel coverage and absorption.

Following this I will apply the Neostrata Balancing Pre-peel Solution to ensure the pH balance of your skin is perfect for the peel to be applied.
​
I will then apply the NeoStrata ProSystem Retinol Peel. Once applied I will monitor your skin for 10 minutes, when you will then leave the clinic with the peel applied.
​
This treatment is a wonderfully quick treatment and is pain free.
​
For a superficial peel or if you have sensitive skin, you will be required to wash the peel off after 4 hours.
​
For a medium peel, you will be required to wash the peel off after 8 hours.
​
This peel is unique in that it doesn't colour the skin - and as you'll see from the video, it leaves you with a beautiful glow, so you can resume normal activity straight after your appointment (albeit you will have to leave your face make-up free).
​
Once the peel is removed, you should expect mild skin flaking for up to 5 days post-peel.
​
Following your peel, moisturise twice daily and be sure to use broad spectrum SPF when going outside as it will increase sensitivity to the sun.

Be sure to stay hydrated to support the skin cell renewal and for this skin to be hydrated as it comes through.
