Wrapping up 2025 and looking ahead to an exciting 2026 at Crystal Rose Skin Clinic

As we reach the end of 2025, I think many of us are wondering the same thing… where has the year gone? It’s been a whirlwind, and here at Crystal Rose Skin Clinic in Ipswich, it’s certainly flown by. Despite the fast pace, this year has been all about reflection, refinement, and ensuring that everything I offer remains perfectly aligned with my values and the results you expect.

A year of careful consideration

While the Neostrata Prosystem Retinol Peel was my standout new addition for 2025, you may have noticed that I haven’t introduced a long list of new treatments. That was a conscious, thoughtful decision.

Behind the scenes, I’ve trialled countless emerging technologies and products. Some were interesting, some were promising - but none felt like quite the right fit for Crystal Rose. My commitment has always been to offer only the safest, most effective, results-driven treatments, and that will never change. If it’s not good enough for my clients, it simply won’t make it to clinic.

Keeping things fair in a tight year

It’s no secret that 2025 has been financially challenging for many people. With that in mind, I chose not to increase any prices this year - in fact, many treatments saw reductions throughout the year. It was important to me to ensure that high-quality skincare and skin treatments remained accessible, even when everything else felt like it was going up.

Looking to 2026: new treatments and new possibilities

Now for the exciting part… 2026 is shaping up beautifully, and I cannot wait to share what’s coming.

✨ Launching January 2026: Sclerotherapy for blue leg veins

One of the most requested treatments over the past year has been something to address blue and thread leg veins - so I’m thrilled to confirm that Sclerotherapy will officially be launching at the clinic in January!

After introducing ThermaVein, I received countless questions about whether it could treat leg veins. And while its indications claim it can be used for that area, my experience has shown that it simply isn’t effective for leg vessels. I’ve always promised honesty and transparency, and I won’t recommend a treatment that I don’t believe will deliver the results you deserve.

Sclerotherapy, however, is a gold-standard solution for leg veins.

What is Sclerotherapy?

Sclerotherapy is a medically recognised procedure for treating unwanted blue, thread, or spider veins on the legs. A specialised solution is injected directly into the vein, causing the vessel walls to collapse and eventually be reabsorbed by the body. Over a course of treatments, this significantly reduces visible leg veins, leaving the legs clearer and more uniform in appearance.

It’s minimally invasive, effective, and has been a trusted treatment for many years in vascular and aesthetic medicine.
